- 11 oz Beef Liver
- 3 tbsp Tallow
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sage
Instructions
- Take T-Bone Steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season T-Bone Steak generously with Oregano, Garlic Powder and Sage.
