Ingredients

  • 18 oz Ground Beef
  • 11 oz Beef Heart
  • 1 tbsp Duck Fat
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Take Ground Beef out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Ground Beef generously with Rosemary, Sage and Himalayan Salt.
  3. Heat Duck Fat in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
  4. Cook Ground Beef using the Smoked method until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Beef Heart separately using the same method, or add it during the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
