Ingredients
- 23 oz Filet Mignon
- 10 oz Chicken Thighs
- 3 tbsp Duck Fat
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Take Filet Mignon out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Filet Mignon generously with Garlic Powder, Thyme and Onion Powder.
- Heat Duck Fat in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
