Ingredients
- 10 oz T-Bone Steak
- 3 tbsp Lard
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Take T-Bone Steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season T-Bone Steak generously with Rosemary, Onion Powder and Black Pepper.
