Ingredients

  • 16 oz Lamb Heart
  • 9 oz Lamb Liver
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Take Lamb Heart out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Lamb Heart generously with Himalayan Salt, Sage and Garlic Powder.
  3. Add Lamb Heart to a slow cooker.
  4. Add enough water or bone broth to partially cover the meat.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
  6. Cook Lamb Liver separately using the same method, or add it during the last 11 minutes of cooking time.
  7. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot, optionally with additional Ghee on top.
