Ingredients
- 16 oz Lamb Heart
- 9 oz Lamb Liver
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 2 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Take Lamb Heart out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Lamb Heart generously with Himalayan Salt, Sage and Garlic Powder.
- Add Lamb Heart to a slow cooker.
- Add enough water or bone broth to partially cover the meat.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
- Cook Lamb Liver separately using the same method, or add it during the last 11 minutes of cooking time.
- Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
