Ingredients
- 23 oz Duck Breast
- 5 oz Sardines
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- Take Duck Breast out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Duck Breast generously with Sea Salt, Oregano and Thyme.
- Add Duck Breast to a slow cooker.
