Ingredients

  • 23 oz Duck Breast
  • 5 oz Sardines
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Thyme

Instructions

  1. Take Duck Breast out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Duck Breast generously with Sea Salt, Oregano and Thyme.
  3. Add Duck Breast to a slow cooker.
  4. Add enough water or bone broth to partially cover the meat.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
