Ingredients

  • 19 oz Chicken Liver
  • 8 oz Ground Lamb
  • 2 tbsp Lard
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Take Chicken Liver out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Chicken Liver generously with Black Pepper and Onion Powder.
