Ingredients
- 19 oz T-Bone Steak
- 10 oz Pork Chops
- 3 tbsp Tallow
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 2 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- Take T-Bone Steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season T-Bone Steak generously with Onion Powder, Himalayan Salt and Thyme.
- Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Tallow and let it heat until shimmering.
- Add T-Bone Steak to the hot pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Cook Pork Chops separately using the same method, or add it during the last 7 minutes of cooking time.
- Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot, optionally with additional Tallow on top.
