- 14 oz Cod Liver
- 5 oz Chicken Thighs
- 1 tbsp Lard
- 2 tsp Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Take Cod Liver out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Cod Liver generously with Himalayan Salt.
- Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Lard and let it heat until shimmering.
- Add Cod Liver to the hot pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Cook Chicken Thighs separately using the same method, or add it during the last 9 minutes of cooking time.
- Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
