Ingredients

  • 13 oz Beef Tongue
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tsp Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Take Beef Tongue out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Beef Tongue generously with Himalayan Salt.
  3. Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Ghee and let it heat until shimmering.
  4. Add Beef Tongue to the hot pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Chicken Liver separately using the same method, or add it during the last 6 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
