Ingredients

  • 15 oz Beef Bone Marrow
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Take Beef Bone Marrow out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Beef Bone Marrow generously with Garlic Powder, Rosemary and Himalayan Salt.
  3. Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Butter and let it heat until shimmering.
