- 10 oz Beef Heart
- 3 tbsp Lard
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Take Duck Legs out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
