Ingredients

  • 16 oz T-Bone Steak
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 2 tsp Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Take T-Bone Steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season T-Bone Steak generously with Sage and Himalayan Salt.
  3. Heat Ghee in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
  4. Cook T-Bone Steak using the Braised method until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Lamb Heart separately using the same method, or add it during the last 8 minutes of cooking time.
