Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Sage

Instructions

  1. Take Pork Belly out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Pork Belly generously with Onion Powder and Sage.
  3. Heat Ghee in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
