Introduction
What makes this Braised Lamb Heart with T-Bone Steak truly special? Lamb Heart is a tender organ meat with a flavor similar to regular lamb but with far more nutrients, while the Braised cooking method uses a combination of dry and moist heat to create fork-tender meat with concentrated flavors. Unlike conventional recipes, this carnivore version focuses purely on the animal-based ingredients for maximum nutrition.
