Ingredients
- 19 oz Mackerel
- 1 tbsp Duck Fat
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Sage
- 2 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- Take Mackerel out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Mackerel generously with Sea Salt, Sage and Thyme.
- Heat Duck Fat in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
