Ingredients
- 24 oz Lamb Liver
- 7 oz Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Duck Fat
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 2 tsp Sage
- 2 tsp Rosemary
Instructions
- Take Lamb Liver out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Lamb Liver generously with Thyme, Sage and Rosemary.
- Heat Duck Fat in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
- Cook Lamb Liver using the Air-Fried method until desired doneness is reached.
