Ingredients

  • 24 oz Lamb Liver
  • 7 oz Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Duck Fat
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Sage
  • 2 tsp Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Take Lamb Liver out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Lamb Liver generously with Thyme, Sage and Rosemary.
  3. Heat Duck Fat in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
  4. Cook Lamb Liver using the Air-Fried method until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Chicken Wings separately using the same method, or add it during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
