Ingredients
- 8 oz Herring
- 11 oz Pork Shoulder
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sage
Instructions
- Take Herring out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Herring generously with Onion Powder, Black Pepper and Sage.
- Heat Ghee in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
- Cook Herring using the Air-Fried method until desired doneness is reached.
- Cook Pork Shoulder separately using the same method, or add it during the last 12 minutes of cooking time.
