Ingredients

  • 8 oz Herring
  • 11 oz Pork Shoulder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sage

Instructions

  1. Take Herring out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Herring generously with Onion Powder, Black Pepper and Sage.
  3. Heat Ghee in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
  4. Cook Herring using the Air-Fried method until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Pork Shoulder separately using the same method, or add it during the last 12 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot, optionally with additional Ghee on top.
