- 20 oz Eggs
- 11 oz Beef Bone Marrow
- 3 tbsp Bacon Fat
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder

- Take Eggs out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Eggs generously with Sea Salt, Rosemary and Garlic Powder.
- Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Bacon Fat and let it heat until shimmering.
