Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Tallow
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Take Ground Beef out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Ground Beef generously with Sea Salt.
  3. Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Tallow and let it heat until shimmering.
  4. Add Ground Beef to the hot pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Chicken Wings separately using the same method, or add it during the last 13 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
