Ingredients

  • 24 oz Eggs
  • 8 oz Herring
  • 1 tbsp Tallow
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Take Eggs out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Eggs generously with Rosemary, Sea Salt and Onion Powder.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place Eggs in a roasting pan and coat with Tallow.
  5. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
  6. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
