Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Thyme

Instructions

  1. Take Beef Bone Marrow out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season Beef Bone Marrow generously with Sea Salt, Rosemary and Thyme.
  3. Heat Ghee in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
  4. Cook Beef Bone Marrow using the Air-Fried method until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Cook Herring separately using the same method, or add it during the last 11 minutes of cooking time.
