Ingredients
- 12 oz Beef Bone Marrow
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- Take Beef Bone Marrow out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Beef Bone Marrow generously with Sea Salt, Rosemary and Thyme.
- Heat Ghee in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
