Ingredients

  • 19 oz T-Bone Steak
  • 10 oz Pork Chops
  • 3 tbsp Tallow
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tsp Thyme

Instructions

  1. Take T-Bone Steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. Season T-Bone Steak generously with Onion Powder, Himalayan Salt and Thyme.
  3. Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Tallow and let it heat until shimmering.
