- 13 oz Beef Tongue
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tsp Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Take Beef Tongue out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Beef Tongue generously with Himalayan Salt.
- Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add Ghee and let it heat until shimmering.
