Ingredients
- 18 oz Ground Beef
- 11 oz Beef Heart
- 1 tbsp Duck Fat
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Take Ground Beef out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
- Season Ground Beef generously with Rosemary, Sage and Himalayan Salt.
- Heat Duck Fat in a suitable pan or cooking vessel.
- Cook Ground Beef using the Smoked method until desired doneness is reached.
